Hiring Process
The hiring process usually takes 2 to 6 months. The process is as following:
– Complete Written and Physical Test
– Completion of F3 (Personal History Statement) and BRAINS (instructions provided upon successful completion of testing)
– Application Review
– Background Interview
– Conditional Offer (includes completion of background investigation, medical screening, psychological evaluation, polygraph exam, and drug screening)
– Oral Review Board
– Final Selection
– Job Offer/Hire Date
