- Hiring Bonus: $10,000
- Relocation Bonus - Up to $3000
- Paid training while in the police academy, Recruit Salary $42,593. - 2.5% education incentive pay for Associate Degree
- 5.0% education incentive pay for Bachelor Degree

Hiring Process Overview

The hiring process usually takes 2 to 6 months. The process is as following:
1. Apply on NEOGOV
2. Application Review
3. Written test and Physical fitness testing
4. Conditional offer followed by medical screening, psychological evaluation, polygraph exam and drug screening
5. Background investigation
6. Oral review board
7. Final selection
8. Job offer / hire date
